Trident Consulting is seeking a Lead Salesforce nCino Consultant for one of our client in Phoenix AZ OR Charlotte NC. A global leader in business and technology services.
Job Title: Lead Salesforce nCino Consultant
Location: Phoenix AZ OR Charlotte NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $80
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design configure develop implement and support solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions.
Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending Loan Origination Customer Engagement and Portfolio Management.
Perform Salesforce configuration activities including custom objects fields page layouts validation rules flows approval processes and security setup.
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex Triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components and Visualforce where applicable.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce/nCino and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Perform data mapping migration transformation and data quality activities across integrated systems.
Develop reports dashboards and user interface enhancements to improve business productivity and user experience.
Create and maintain technical design documents configuration workbooks integration specifications and release documentation.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices security standards and governance processes.
Support CI/CD deployment activities release management and production support.
Collaborate with Product Owners Business Analysts Architects QA teams and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely root cause analysis and resolution.
Should be able to propose the solutions and should have understanding of end-to-end application.
