We are seeking a high-performing software sales professional who understands both the commercial side of enterprise software and the realities of incident command in critical environments.
This is not a typical software sales role.
We are looking for someone who has firsthand experience operating in emergency response public safety crisis management military operations industrial incident response emergency management or a similar command-and-control environment. You understand the pressure of making decisions when lives assets operations and reputations are on the line. You can translate those experiences into meaningful conversations with customers seeking modern incident command and operational resilience solutions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new software orders and revenue growth across assigned territories and strategic accounts.
- Sell enterprise SaaS and platform solutions focused on incident management crisis response situational awareness operational resilience and command-and-control workflows.
- Build executive relationships with public sector critical infrastructure industrial transportation utility and emergency management customers.
- Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through contract execution.
- Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate operational financial and safety outcomes.
- Collaborate with solution consultants product teams and customer success organizations to deliver customer value.
- Leverage personal incident management experience to build credibility with operational leaders and emergency response stakeholders.
- Represent Honeywell at industry conferences emergency management events and customer workshops.
- Maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline monthly forecast and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3 years of enterprise software SaaS or technology sales experience.
- Demonstrated success managing complex B2B sales opportunities.
- Experience selling into government public safety defense utilities transportation energy manufacturing healthcare or critical infrastructure organizations.
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling capabilities.
- Ability to communicate both technical and business value to diverse stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications
- Prior experience selling incident command emergency management situational awareness crisis management mass notification or command-and-control software.
- Experience with platforms used for emergency response operational resilience risk management or critical event management.
- Knowledge of ICS (Incident Command System) NIMS emergency operations planning or crisis response frameworks.
- Experience selling software subscriptions enterprise licenses or recurring revenue offerings.
- Familiarity with GIS sensor integration operational technology (OT) public safety technology or industrial software ecosystems.

The annual base salary range for this position is $145000 - $217000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
