Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation including requirements gathering design configuration development testing and deployment.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SailPoint platform providing technical guidance and architectural oversight for all IGA initiatives.
- Develop and customize SailPoint components including connectors rules workflows certifications and forms using Java BeanShell and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security policies governance standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and manage the technical debt of the IGA platform.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on SailPoint development and implementation.
- Expert proficiency with SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Strong development skills in Java/J2EE BeanShell REST/SOAP APIs and SQL.
- Proven experience with integrating SailPoint with various target systems (e.g. Active Directory LDAP databases cloud applications).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a distributed environment.
