Summary
This position is located at Physical Fitness Facilities.
Incentives and Bonuses
- Incentives will not be paid.
- Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment facilitates and machinery.
- Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment providing safety instructions demonstrating new equipment teaching classes etc.
- Plans conducts publicize and arrange support for special events social activities tournaments and related functions.
- Leads the work of other employees. Passes on to other workers instructions received from the supervisor and starts work.
- Distributes and balances work- load assuring that each employee has enough work to keep busy. Answers questions of other employees on procedures policies and directives
Conditions of employment

- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Must attend Team Member Orientation within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
- The facility shift hours will be between 0430 and 2030 Monday through Friday and 0730-1830 on weekends and various holidays weekend hours will vary when there is a special event .
- Incumbent must be willing to work varying shifts to include days nights weekends and holidays.
- This is a flexible position. Flexible positions have no guaranteed hours. A flexible employee serves in a continuing position on a scheduled or as needed basis.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:
Work experience which involved dealing with general public.
In addition to the above qualifications candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered Highly Preferred or Best Qualified:
Possess Lead and/or Supervisor experience AND at least six (6) months work experience
OR
Possess at least six (6) months work experience AND three (3) months customer service experience.
