Job Summary
This position is located at: Multiple locations - Fort Irwin California.

- Assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment facilities and machinery.
- Assist patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment providing safety instructions demonstrating new equipment teaching classes etc.
- Plans conducts publicize and arrange support for special events social activities tournaments and related functions.
- Distributes and balances work- load assuring that each employee has enough work to keep busy. Answers questions of other employees on procedures policies and directives. Provides leadership guidance and oversight in program operations.
- Provides on-the job training to new employees. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- May have to lift items weighing up to 60lbs.

Required Experience:
