The Opportunity

Our retail expansion in main markets starts with hiring not only the best leaders but also hiring a stellar team. As a Lead Receiving Associate you will embrace and promote the Frontgate brand delivering an outstanding guest experience and performing operational responsibilities to increase sales and deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guest feels inspired and empowered to customize their space.

Your worksite location is Dallas TX.

Store Hours: Mon - Thurs: 10am - 6pm Fri - Sat: 10am - 7pm Sun: 12pm - 6pm

You will report to the store leader.

Your Impact

• Perform a variety of operational activities including; inventory management backroom organization & store maintenance
• Provide customer service by promoting an environment that is helpful knowledgeable and efficient for guests and team members.
• Perform a variety of operational activities which included processing labeling and assembly of merchandise.
• Preparation and shipment of outgoing merchandise and transfers

What You Bring

• 2 years of shipping and receiving or stock room experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and instruction
• Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 50lbs.
• Work collaboratively on floor sets and replenishment of inventory to create an extraordinary guest experience.
• Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.
