Location: Miami FL (Onsite 4-5 days per week)

Overview

We are seeking a Lead QA / Testing Coordinator to oversee testing efforts at a program level during a Salesforce and Oracle transition. This role is not about leading QA testers directly but rather coordinating and managing testing across platforms integrations and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program-level testing efforts for Salesforce and Oracle transitions.

• Design execute and manage test cases (manual and automated).

• Perform API and integration testing across Salesforce eCommerce and Oracle Cloud.

• Oversee testing of customer journey workflows (browse cart checkout payment fulfillment).

• Validate Salesforce data migration and downstream Oracle integration (billing invoicing GL).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.

• Manage test documentation and defect tracking using tools such as Jira TestRail Zephyr or HP ALM.

Required Skills

• Strong background in Salesforce (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Commerce Cloud) and/or Oracle testing.

• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud Magento Shopify).

• Knowledge of payment gateways OMS inventory workflows subscription billing models cancellations/returns promo pricing taxation and global retail transactions.

• Familiarity with ERP workflows (finance supply chain HR modules).

• Experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft Dell Boomi Informatica) for data synchronization.

• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and sales enablement workflows.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to lead testing at a program level.
