Our Project Management Team is dedicated to delivering exceptional post-sales support to our global customers. We ensure seamless assistance from project initiation through to completion for subsea equipment including comprehensive full stream packages. Our commitment includes providing expert technical support reliable services and promptly addressing any customer requests to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.


Role Summary
As a Lead Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects maintaining profitability and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction through efficient management of project-related activities and resources.


Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery Excellence: Lead the timely delivery of services upgrades and new-built projects ensuring adherence to predefined scope timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Scope Definition and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project scope and objectives ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Robust Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans to effectively track progress anticipate potential challenges and facilitate proactive decision-making.
  • Change Management: Employ appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs while mitigating associated risks.
  • Performance Measurement: Utilize suitable systems tools and methodologies to measure project performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Effective Communication: Regularly report project status to relevant stakeholders and escalate issues to management as necessary to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement proactive risk management strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain productive relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure seamless collaboration and fulfillment of project requirements.
  • Documentation Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and other relevant records to support effective project governance and knowledge transfer.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of work experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in projects services or related production experience.
  • Proven track record of managing teams to deliver project objectives.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies tools and best practices.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks manage competing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
