Lead, Project Engineer

• Transforminputs fromourcustomersinto models and prototypes and manage the manufacture of these prototypes.You will manage the schedule from Concept and Feasibility through Pilot and lead a cross functional team that manages each step of this process.

• IdentifiesIP opportunities within the scope of NPD and will work with the IP committee to bring new IP to fruition and to evaluate current technologies within the portfolio.

• Interacts withall levels ofcorporatepersonnel; developandmaintainsbroad global internal and external networks. Initiates engagement with external customers to discuss data collection/sharing opportunities.

• Creates project plans and tracks progress for larger projects (e.g.break through or large platform projects). Creates budget and tracks spending for new projects and assignments. Anticipates and addresses issues proactively.

• Works across all department lines and takes initiative to solve issuesregardingtechnology schedule cost etc.

• Communicates progress and status via documents notes and presentations.

• Compensation: $119500- $149000 per year with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
