Job Summary:The Lead Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for:Providing and coordinating the day-to-day plant maintenance functions on their supervision for the Production Technicians. Ensuring maintenance operating contact with the Production Supervisors to coordinate work with maintenance staff on duty. Executes preventive maintenance programs. Effectively coordinates maintenance activities with production warehouse and quality. Provide support to the leadership team and employees at the site. Essential Functions of the Job:Leads all Production Technicians on their scheduled maintenance workers by scheduling repairs and planning maintenance and installation maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat steam electric power gas or air required for production quality control and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance the training needs of shift personnel in all aspects of their jobs consistent with established operating safety in the workplace by eliminating unsafe conditions and unsafe employee Company assets by the direct intervention of any condition resulting in the abuse of equipment or the preventive maintenance program in conjunction with the maintenance operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational with management engineering and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and in the planning of new installations. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of maintenance staff. Analyzes and troubleshoot equipment problems. Some flexibility may be Rate: $43.80 / travel may be needed on or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.
