Join our Camden Product Management Team where youll have the opportunity to lead high-impact complex product initiatives that are important to L3Harris Technologies Inc.s this role youll work across cross-functional teams influence outcomes and partner closely with leadership and executive stakeholders on high-visibility priorities. Essential Functions:

• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority to achieve business objectives

• Experience managing large complex product initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction

• Experience in communicating with leadership and executive leadership regarding matters of importance to the product

• Experience in implementing strategic goals established by leadership

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Ability to obtain a US security clearance
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of Maestro and Experience

• GMLRS and PAC-3 Experience

• Experience in DoW Contract Execution

• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills

• Adaptability in a fast-paced changing environment

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing (Green Belt Certified)

• Analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
