Oracles Global Sustainability Office is seeking a versatile and strategic Principal Program Manager to drive sustainability initiatives and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have experience in data center water conservation and stewardship with the ability to set holistic strategies while executing tactical priorities. This role will be critical in aligning cross-functional teams improving data governance and ensuring high-quality sustainability reporting.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive corporate strategy reporting and metrics for water risk conservation and stewardship.
Partner with diverse teams to develop and refine processes for measuring reporting and improving performance.
Drive external partnerships and project management for strategic water stewardship and replenishment work.
Guide readiness for evolving sustainability reporting requirements ensuring data integrity auditability and efficient response to both voluntary and regulatory disclosure frameworks.
Identify and analyze risks and opportunities in water management surfacing actionable insights to inform business strategy.
Analyze sustainability-related data to identify inefficiencies surface insights and define relevant targets.
Support cross-company engagement and training programs to build awareness and adoption of sustainability best practices.
Interface as needed with customers and external stakeholders on key environmental topics ensuring Oracles sustainability programs meet the expectations of customers communities and regulators.
Basic Qualifications
Extensive program and project management in sustainability compliance or ESG-related roles.
Demonstrated expertise in corporatewater stewardship and driving water efficiency and replenishment projects.
Familiarity with water risk assessments with the ability to translate global strategy into local priorities.
Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills at all levels including executive leadership.
Comfort in ambiguity and flexing into unfamiliar domains to frame problems and drive execution.
Proven ability to develop and execute policy targets and reporting for water and other environmental metrics.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills leveraging data-driven prioritization and decision-making.
Experience aligning sustainability initiatives with business strategy and customer needs.
Preferred Skills
Background in data center sustainability and operations is a plus.
Experience using relevant enterprise sustainability software tools (e.g. EPM Watershed Aqueduct Waterplan Workiva SAP Sustainability Control Tower etc.).
Ability to lead organizational change and streamline complex processes in a dynamic business environment.
Understanding of major environmental data and reporting standards (e.g. ESRS/CSRD CDP GRI GHGP TCFD).
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion cloud applications specifically Enterprise Performance Manager (EPM) Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM Applications.
Experience developing or advancing corporate biodiversity strategy including assessment of impacts goal setting and alignment with emerging biodiversity frameworks.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116600 to $264100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus equity and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
