Pay: $17$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead a preschool classroom and provide daily instruction using The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Promote early literacy math science and social-emotional development through hands-on learning
- Maintain a safe structured and engaging classroom environment
- Mentor Assistant Teachers and promote collaboration within the classroom
- Observe childrens progress and communicate regularly with families
- Ensure compliance with Delaware licensing regulations and center policies
- Partner with center leadership to maintain the highest standards of educational quality
- Delaware TECE I and TECE II credentials required
- Previous preschool teaching or classroom leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
