A facility near Houston TX is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to join their rehabilitation team! Comprehensive Benefits Program that starts Day 1!
Pay: $44-$79/hr
Physical Therapist Lead Opportunity:
- Full-time permanent opportunity
- Day Shift; Monday-Friday
- Lead and mentor the physical therapy team supporting staff development clinical growth and high-quality patient care while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee day-to-day PT operations including staffing scheduling delegation communication and coordination with other hospital departments to ensure effective patient care.
- Provide hands-on patient care while driving clinical excellence completing evaluations assessments treatment planning and interventions while promoting positive patient outcomes and continuous improvement.
Physical Therapist Lead Qualifications:
- Must have completed an accredited Physical Therapist program
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
- Previous experience in an inpatient setting preferred
- Three or more years of experince required
