- A High School diploma or GED
- 13 years of pest control experience preferred (but we train the right person)
- A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A team-first attitude and a desire to grow with a fast-moving company
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends when needed
