ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Review documentation / work orders

Set up work including but not limited to:

Move reels in work area onto and off of the payout and take up machines

Feed cable through machinery

Change / adjust tooling

Label product

Monitor quality

Maintain / clean machine

Store / arrange supplies / materials

Operate fork trucks and change cylinders

Document processes

Communicate with supervisors

Clean work area

Train employees

Participate in team meetings

Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the wire & cable industry a plus but not required.

High school degree required.
