Every dayyou willoperatea variety of filling line equipment measure and convert material quantities train new employees and jump inon linefeeding or casing whenever needed.Youlltroubleshoot issues request maintenance supporttrackinventory and prepare production reports that keep the team aligned. We work together we stay proactive and we ensure the line never misses a beat! This dynamic role offers hands-on actioncollaboration and the opportunity toparticipateinafast-pacedproduction process with energy and confidence.
Here is whatwerelooking for:
High School diploma or equivalent is.
Dedicated individual to lead thefilling line ensuring smooth efficient and safe production throughout each shift.
Support forteam membersby providingclearinstructionson proper work methods safety protocols andhighqualityproduction standards.
Skilled operatorswho canhandle filling line equipment-labelers bailers fillers forklifts and automated controlsystemswith accuracy and professionalism.
Train new employees overseelinefeedingactivities and ensure allpre-productionandinprocesswork meets safety and quality expectations.
Detaildrivenperformers who keep production flowing bymaintainingequipment tracking inventory and deliveringaccuratereportson lineoutput and performance.
Responsibilities involve lifting products up to 75lbs several times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
Here is What We Offer You:
Any shift that startsfrom12 PM or later (off-shifts) also receives a $3/hrshift differential.
Quarterly and holiday bonuses are available.
Accrue 15 paid days of vacation time off the first year plus 5 days of sick time off.
