Overview
We are seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to architect develop deploy and scale Machine Learning and Agentic AI solutions that address complex business challenges. This role requires close collaboration with Product Data Science and Engineering teams to deliver production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and deploy ML models and Agentic AI solutions.
Build scalable cloud-based ML applications and data pipelines.
Develop and optimize MLOps processes CI/CD pipelines and model deployment frameworks.
Monitor model performance governance observability and reliability.
Lead technical problem-solving and mentor engineering team members.
Develop applications using Python C SQL and modern AI frameworks.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Traditional Machine Learning and Agentic AI.
Expertise in MLOps Model Deployment and Cloud Engineering.
Solid background in Software Engineering and System Design.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn Spark/PySpark and REST APIs.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions Jenkins or CloudBees.
Strong understanding of data engineering distributed systems and AI lifecycle management.
