Role Overview:

Were on the hunt for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer Tech Lead who brings over 15 years of hands-on experience. We need someone well-versed in Java including frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot and with strong full-stack capabilities. Youll also be deeply familiar with event-driven architectures particularly using Kafka as well as cloud infrastructure on AWS. Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers in designing building and maintaining full-stack applications using Java and related technologies.
Architect robust solutions that leverage Kafka for event streaming and messaging.
Utilize AWS services to deploy manage and scale applications in a resilient and secure manner.
Guide the development team in implementing ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow.
Act as a technical mentor fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
