Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior IT Administrator in its Camden-NJ location. The IT Administrator serves as a technical expert responsible for the effective provisioning installation configuration operation and maintenance of system hardware software and related infrastructure within a classified/high-security environment. This role focuses on maintaining the security uptime and performance of networks and servers.

• Backup and Recovery
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with FS Polygraph.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Advanced understanding of Windows/Linux administration Active Directory virtualization and network protocol.
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in network or systems administration.
• Security certification or equivalent industry certifications (e.g. CISSP MCSA RHCSA).
• Clearance: Active TS SCI.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• TS/SCI with FS Polygraph preferred.
• CISSP certification preferred.
• Experience supporting multiprogram or mission-critical defense systems.
• Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes system accreditation and continuous monitoring.
• Strong coordination skills across engineering cybersecurity and government audit teams.
• Scripting: Proficient in PowerShell Bash or Python.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role is $110500 - $205000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
