Lead Inventory Control Coordinator
Lead Inventory Control Associate performs manual and clerical duties related to inventory shipping receiving inspecting storing issuing and delivering a variety of materials equipment and supplies within the warehouse. . A Inventory Associate must always ensure they are maintaining inventory control and records during all product move processes.
What youll do:
- Picking orders from warehouse inventory using item location identifiers
- Unloading moving and storing materials. Loading trucks for delivery.
- Utilizing manual lifts reach trucks and transfer equipment (requires applicable safety and operational training)
- Storing and stacking materials according to company standards
- Identifying and verifying parts
- Reporting inventory shortages and recommending new orders
- Removing damaged materials from stock and document inventory adjustment accordingly
- Operating RF scanners and other hand-held devices
- Inventory accoutability for the entire wire room
- Other responsibilities may be assigned.
What youll bring:
- 6 months of related experience working in a warehouse and/or distribution environment preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Knowledge of branch product lines.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving practices.
- Knowledge of Company policies and procedures.
- Skill in organizing and prioritizing personnel and work activities.
- Knowledge of merchandise handling and production methods.
- Some knowledge of basic math skills such as adding subtracting multiplying and dividing.
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Must be a team player and abide by QEDs strong core values and beliefs
Location: Mesa AZ
Scheudle: 6:00am-3:00pm (Monday-Friday)
