Job Title: Lead I - Software Testing

Location: Dallas TX Atlanta GA Overland Park KS

Lead QE activities for the designated domain Plan and drive in-sprint testing automation execution and release sign-off Design develop and execute manual and automated test cases

Design and develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript) Appium and REST API frameworks Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation smart test selection failure insights self-healing concepts) Follow QE standards processes and continuous improvement practices Manage test execution on cloud platforms like Lambda Test grid SauceLabs etc. for faster feedback and scalability Validate end-to-end system integrations data flows and downstream impacts across enterprise systems Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates Track quality metrics risks and readiness for production rollout Collaborate with Dev Product and Business teams to align testing with Corporate and financial workflows Ensure defect prevention root cause analysis and continuous improvement Skills Level FACT Hands-on QE leadership Strong: 5-6 years Strong Telecom domain knowledge Automation: Selenium / Playwright REST API Strong Hands-on: 4-6 years E2E business flow - Order-Payment-Fraud-Billing-SAP & Oracle API& Integration testing-Ability to test APIs and multi-system integrations Programming Language: Java / C# / Python / Typescript Strong Hands-on: 3-5 years Data Validation & SQL (Finance Accuracy)-Validate amounts tax billing transaction data SQL knowledge Strong Hands-on: 3-5 years Finance / Control Testing Knowledge-Understand fraud check credit check compliance controls AI-driven quality insights Intermediate: 1-2 years Gitlab CI/CD tools Expert: 2-4 years Manual Testing Expert: 4-6 years Test Management tools: JIRA Qtest Expert: 3-5 years Analytical troubleshooting and communication skills Strong
