Lead HVAC Installer

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Earning potential over $100K/year based on performance
Full-time year-round work

Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems then install start up and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems. Lead each install with the support of an assigned helper and operate with professionalism precision and efficiency.

What You Need:

• At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation/warranty experience

• Comfortable leading installs with a helper assigned

• Be able to troubleshoot HVAC systems

• Working knowledge of local inspection codes

• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Must pass background check and drug screen

• Valid drivers license with good driving record
