Compensation

• $50k-$150k/year (hourly base uncapped commission)

• Top techs consistently earn $55/hr

Youll be supported equipped and trusted not micromanaged.

What Youll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installations with precision and professionalism
• Install equipment to manufacturer specs safety requirements and company standards
• Premeasure job sites to ensure smooth accurate installs
• Properly connect equipment and verify system performance
• Deliver a clean organized job site and a great customer experience
• Represent Fire & Ice with pride and craftsmanship

What You Bring

• 4 years of Lead Residential (forced air units and ductless) HVAC installation experience (Required)
• 1 weekend per month on call (Saturday and Sunday)
• EPA Certification
• HVAC degree or equivalent training
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid drivers license
• A professional attitude and pride in your work
• Preferred: experience with installing geothermal systems and boilers
