Job Summary
Work Flexibility: This position is onsite five days per week and requires regular in-person presence to effectively partner with the business.
What You Will Do
Provide HR support at the first level leader level and analyzes and implements corporate policies related to human resources. Consults with employees and first level leaders to address root causes of human resources issues attempting to resolve with a systematic approach. Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives and assists first level leaders in the development of solutions through organizational developmentcultural and process-oriented perspectives.
- Provide HR support to first level leadersrelated to employee relations matters talent management talent processes andanalyzingand implementing corporate policies related to human resources.
- Consults with employees and first level leaders to address root causes of human resources issues attempting to resolve with a systematic approach.
- Coaches and participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g. Q12 Performance Reviews Bonus etc.).
- Where applicable represents HR at level 1disciplinaryandgrievanceinvestigations.
- Partners with thebusinessto recruit first level leader talent.
- Assists first level leadersin the development of solutions through organizational developmentcultural and process-oriented perspectives.
- Assistssenior HRleadersin the developmentand executionof solutions through organizational developmentcultural and process-oriented perspectives.
- May assist in administering talent management and succession planning activity within client organization.
What You Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of professional work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-facing Human Resources HR Business Partner (HRBP) HR generalist HR Center of Excellence (COE) HR Operations employee relations talent management organizational development or related experience.
- Minimum 2 years of reporting data analysis people analytics workforce analytics or HR analytics experience.
USN: $77700 - $129500 USD Annual
