Lead Field Service Technician

As Lead Field Service Technician you provide hands-on field service while acting as the senior daily resource for Field Service Technicians helping Distribution leadership keep routes priorities and service issues moving smoothly. Key responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day workflow and assignments coaching and training technicians troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment/service concerns reinforcing safety and documentation standards and escalating employee patient scheduling or compliance issues to the appropriate Supervisor/Manager.

Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma/GED; prior DME/healthcare delivery/field service experience required
- Valid drivers license acceptable driving record; meet federal CMV eligibility (minimum age 21)
- Demonstrated leadership or training experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude safe equipment handling and strong customer service
- Basic computer/mobile device skills; clear written and verbal communication
