About Woodhouse Day Spa
- Perform advanced results-driven facial treatments across our full service menu
- Train certify and mentor new estheticians
- Coach the team on protocols scripts and retail performance
- Build your book of business through personal post-treatment follow-up calls and guest retention calls
- Oversee back bar inventory protocol binders and department scheduling fairness
- Serve as the go-to resource for the esthetics team and Spa Director
- Current esthetician license
- 4 years of esthetics experience
- Demonstrated leadership training or mentoring experience
- Strong track record hitting retail and retention goals
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Hitting Tier 3 KPIs: 70% productivity $210 average ticket 30% retail-to-service
- Successfully training and retaining new esthetician hires
- Running a well-organized fully stocked protocol-compliant department
