Lead Enterprise Salesforce Architect

The architect will evaluate business needs define scalable solution architectures and ensure seamless integration across Salesforce Azure enterprise applications and healthcare systems. This position influences organizational technology strategy drives architecture governance and provides leadership across complex initiatives with significant technical and business impact.

• Lead the solution architecture and technical design of enterprise applications with a focus on:

  • Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • MuleSoft
  • API-led connectivity
  • Azure Cloud
  • Microservices-based architectures

• Define scalable secure and high-performing Salesforce solution architectures that align with enterprise and business objectives.

• Design integration strategies between Salesforce and enterprise platforms including healthcare applications data platforms ERP systems and third-party services.

• Establish architecture standards best practices governance models and implementation frameworks for Salesforce and enterprise solutions.

• Provide technical leadership across multiple delivery teams ensuring adherence to architectural principles and solution roadmaps.

• Partner with business stakeholders product owners engineering teams and executive leadership to align technology investments with strategic goals.

• Lead architecture reviews solution assessments and technology evaluations to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations security standards data privacy requirements and interoperability frameworks.

• Mentor architects developers and technical leads while fostering engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging Salesforce ecosystem technologies AI capabilities automation and cloud-native services.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills knowledge experience education certifications etc.

$142300 - $195700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
