About the Role

As a Lead Deployment Strategist at an AI-native fintech infrastructure startup you will own strategic enterprise client engagements and help expand deployments across the insurance data ecosystem. This is a hands-on client strategy role partnering closely with technical and product teammates to turn initial use cases into lasting client relationships.

What Youll Do
  • Own enterprise client relationships from initial engagement through expansion identifying opportunities to deepen deployments.
  • Build executive relationships lead regular business reviews and travel to client sites about once per month.
  • Learn each clients people processes and technology to identify use cases and prioritize paths from pilot to broader deployment.
  • Develop business cases Excel models and presentations to support pilot conversions and adoption of new use cases.
  • Lead a small cross-functional team and guide junior colleagues on client strategy and deliverables.
What Were Looking For
  • Eight or more years of experience in client-facing strategic roles with a track record of personally leading complex enterprise engagements.
  • Strategy consulting experience and experience owning client outcomes from planning through delivery.
  • A hands-on individual contributor mindset and the ability to lead client growth directly.
  • Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs integrations and software architectures.
  • Strong Excel modeling and presentation skills; experience in fintech insurance or data infrastructure is relevant.
Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $150000 to $190000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Hybrid in New York New York or Atlanta Georgia. The New York schedule is four days per week in office; the Atlanta schedule is three days per week in office. Monthly client-site travel is expected.
