The Lead Custodialrole at Altus Oklahoma
The lead custodial services provider is responsible for:
Facility cleaning: Vacuuming mopping dusting and general cleaning of all assigned buildings
Restroom and locker room cleaning: Daily and periodic sanitization including disinfecting sanitizing fixtures and maintaining hygiene standards.
Floor care: Buffing stripping waxing and carpet shampooing to maintain appearance and durability.
Periodic cleaning tasks: Deep cleaning seasonal maintenance and special projects as required
Specialized cleaning: Compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for the Fitness Center Youth Center and Child Development Center (CDC)
Paper product management: Supplying and maintaining items like paper towel holders and soap dispensers in key area
