Pay: $24$28/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time primarily weekdays 8am4pm
Area: San Diego County

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a step up from cleaning. Youll still be in homes doing the work but youll also be the person a small crew looks to the one who sets the standard on site and catches what others miss.

If youve been cleaning for years and youre tired of being paid the same as someone who started last week this is the role.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Lead a small crew on residential deep and move-out cleans
• Set the pace and the standard on site
• Final walkthrough and quality check before you leave
• Train newer cleaners on our standards
• Report damage maintenance issues and client concerns

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• 2 years of paid cleaning experience
• Reliable transportation our homes are spread across the county
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Weekday daytime availability
• Someone others naturally follow calm steady high standards
• English or Spanish both is a strong plus
