• Support staff operations by orienting and training new hires assisting with scheduling and on-call coverage and enforcing attendance policies.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing ambulation transfers meals and overall comfort and support.
• Administer medications monitor and record vital signs perform delegated treatments collect samples and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain resident and facility supplies and weekly orders prepare medication and appointment documentation and ensure proper equipment sterilization and infection control practices including COVID-19 testing as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and team members to support quality resident care staff development mandatory trainings and ongoing communication across departments.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Good standing active MN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or successful completion of agency-provided training
• 5 years of prior experience in assisted living long-term care or memory care setting preferred
• Strong communication customer service and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with older adults preferred
