Lead Barista

Role Description

You are an amazing Shift lead. You lead by example!

Being a shift lead is more than just being an amazing barista you lead your coworkers. This is a huge step and requires great skills. Leadership humility empathy sympathy and love for what you do.

Job Duties

• Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
• Greet customers take orders prepare and serve beverages as well as various sweet offerings in accordance to established service standards (i.e. coffee espresso drinks blended coffees teas pastries).
• Clean sanitize and maintain store.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Stock and replenish food beverages and utensils as needed.
• Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicate shortages as necessary.
• Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings.
• Receive unload and distribute deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay:Starts at $15/h plus instant cash tips after every shift and credit card tips on your payckech
