Be able to step and fulfill Production Supervisor responsibility for short periods of DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure all tasks are promptly completed in compliance with federal regulations customer guidelines and company policies and all employees are working efficiently on their assigned and correct routine and non-routine labor hours prior to exceeding allotted estimated hours that the job revision is turned in prior to exceeding estimated daily and impromptu crew meetings to ensure prompt communication of all significant information to maintenance on the job training through work assignments and use of mentoring to provide learning opportunities and ensure timely completion of OJT paperwork per ATS regular feedback and performance coaching to all members of assigned in researching all necessary parts needed for the required customer and FAA paperwork to ensure proper maintenance updates and compliance with applicable regulations and customer maintenance tasks as required and become an active member of the technical and leadership skills of the work of assigned employees including appropriate management of time prioritizing tasks ensuring proper knowledge and training to accomplish assignments and adherence to company policy and with supervisor all information on assigned employees including disciplinary problems. Make recommendations for evaluations on assigned AND EXPERIENCE:Must hold an airframe certification in accordance with FAR 65 and must have had at least 24 months of practical experience in the procedures practices inspection methods materials tools machine tools and equipment generally used in the area of license is EFFORT AND DEXTERITY: While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to work within confined or small spaces sit; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee will be required to ascend ladders varying in size; stand; walk; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally with help lift and/or move up to 50 have full color vision and visual acuity with or without corrective full base pay range for this position is $33.00 - $50.00 not including bonuses or benefits. Your pay will be based on your experience skills and education as well as internal equity to ensure fairness across the team. Candidates closer to the lower end of the range are typically building their expertise while those at the higher end bring significant experience and specialized knowledge.
