Position Summary
The Lead Analytics individual is the Team Manager over contracted Analysts. Their primary role is to organize and coordinate projects within programs assigned. The Team Manager will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the companys culture. The Team Managers role will also be to oversee the progress within the project and overall program. The Team Managers role will directly report to the Program Manager. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics within the organization. The goal of this role is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization and to our clients that we support.

- Developing evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Producing timely and accurate reporting of program status throughout the life cycle.
- Prepare contract deliverables keeping abreast of contractual terms and conditions while assisting in preparation of modifications or replacements.
- Minimize incompatibilities and ensure standardized products.
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entirety of the program from start to finish.
- Creating and managing long-term goals of the team members.
- Produce deliverables on time and with no grammatical error.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction safety quality and team member performance.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Strategize and outline goals and objectives of the program.
- Assign team members to projects to meet the needs of the mission.
- Monitor multiple projects through the entire program cycle.
- Manage the day-to-day detailed aspects of multiple projects.
- Set timelines for goal posts/due dates.
- Manage and submit program documentation.
- Communicate with Contract Program Manager to address potential risks.
- Evaluate and supervise multiple projects.
- Lead and mentor project staff and team members.
- Assist team members when needed to accomplish team goals.
Education Experience and Technical Skills
Required Education Experience and Technical Skills
- 5 yearspreviousexperience in program management project management administration or related field
- Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project)
- Knowledgeable in program managementmethodologyand techniques; performance evaluation and change management principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively
- Understanding of project management
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid drivers license
Working Environment
This position operates in a professional office setting. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones printers and photocopiers. The work environment is generally quiet and free from exposure to loud noise hazardous materials or heavy machinery. Employees are typically seated for extended periods and may occasionally move about the office to attend meetings or access equipment and supplies.
This role also requires periodic travel to project sites including locations undergoing renovation or active construction. During site visits the employee may be exposed to non-temperature-controlled environments construction noise dust and other typical conditions found on job sites. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required during these visits depending on site conditions. While on site visits an individual in this role will be required to work atypical hours at the request of the client or role demands.
Physical Demands
Sitting/Standing: This role is generally sedentary performing sitting work utilizing technological office equipment including a laptop mouse keyboard computer monitors telephones scanners and copiers.
Walking: This role requires the ability to move about inside the office to access the required technological equipment.
Stooping/Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling: This role may require stooping to reload printer trays with print paper moving equipment and managing cords.
Using Hands/Fingers: This role constantly operates technological office equipment such as laptops mice keyboards computer monitors telephones scanners and copiers.
Talking/Hearing: This role requires constant communication with others in the organization to exchange information review information and make decisions about information.
Seeing: This role requires seeing viewing and distinguishing all aspects of internal and external communications.
Carrying/Lifting: This role requires lifting up to 20lbs to transport technological office equipment to and from various workspaces.

Home Office Connectivity Requirements for Hybrid & Remote Positions
To ensure reliable collaboration client service and secure access to company systems the Company requires minimum connectivity standards to be eligible or remain eligible to work in a hybrid or remote capacity. Employees working remotely must maintain broadband internet service capable of consistently supporting video conferencing VPN connectivity and cloud-based applications. Hybrid or remote work eligibility may be reassessed if connectivity standards are not met. This includes:
- Wired broadband service (cable fiber or DSL) with at least minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
- Some positions may require minimum 200-300 Mbps download / 25-35 Mbps upload speed
Cellular hotspot or fixed wireless cellular services (e.g. T-Mobile Home Internet) may not be used as a primary connection. The Company will comply with all local state and federal requirements as it relates to the reimbursement of home internet expenses. Eligibility for reimbursement of home internet expenses is defined in a separate policy.
