What You Will Do
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-driven applications using TypeScript NodeJS and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs to support various integrations and data flows.
- Utilize OpenAI technologies to create intelligent solutions that solve complex business challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 510 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency in TypeScript NodeJS and Python with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI applications particularly using OpenAI technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms and services that enhance AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.

Compensation and Benefits
