Job Summary

Pay Range: $40 - $45 per Hour

Job Description:

Strong handson experience in P&C Insurance
Indepth knowledge of Policy Claims and Billing systems
Experience working with core insurance platforms (e.g. Guidewire Duck Creek or similar Eligible to workional)
Expertise in requirements elicitation documentation and validation
Perform data analysis gap analysis and impact analysis for system changes
Support reporting dashboards and integration requirements across upstream and downstream systems
Ensure data accuracy integrity and alignment with business rules
Ensure adherence to insurance regulations compliance standards and internal controls
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience with tools such as JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps MS Visio Excel SQL (basic)
Exposure to integrations APIs and data flows is a plus
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
Insurance certifications or domain training in P&C is a plus
