Benefis Health System hasa great opportunityforintegrated Behavioral Health Consultants(BHC) to join ourprimary carebehavioral health teamas a Psychologist LCPC or in various primary care clinics across our organizationincludingpediatrics rural health clinics and family medicine.

Position details

• Integrated primary care team member providing brief20-30 minuteinterventions for a wide variety of health and behavioral concerns in patients of all agesin primary careclinics working alongsideprimary care providersteam ofbehavioral health consultantsand clinical staff.

• Works closely with primary care providers and staff using the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model to develop and implement treatment plans increasepatientsaccess to behavioral health care and provide on the fly consultation for providers.

• Applicants should have an interest in or experience with brief evidence-based interventionsfor individuals across the full life span team-based care a wide variety of presenting concerns and diverse patient populations.

• Flexibility inschedule. Clinicis open and staffed Monday Friday from 7:00 am 5:00 consider both full time andpart timepositions.

• No call obligation

• Education Required: LCSW or LCPC must have active Montana licensure or ability to apply for/receive licensure prior to starting employment
