Job Overview
We are seeking experienced US-based Lawyers to contribute their legal expertise to an innovative AI-focused project. The role involves conducting legal research and analysis drafting and reviewing legal content evaluating AI-generated outputs and providing expert feedback to improve accuracy and quality.
No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a range of US law topics.
- Perform in-depth legal research to support project requirements and ensure accurate information.
- Draft review and edit legal documents including memoranda opinions contracts and related materials.
- Evaluate legal content for accuracy clarity completeness and legal reasoning.
- Provide structured feedback to improve legal content and AI-generated outputs.
- Identify errors inconsistencies ambiguities and potential legal issues.
- Collaborate with remote multidisciplinary teams on complex legal scenarios.
- Support quality assurance and maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in the United States.
- Strong academic and professional credentials.
- Experience at a top-tier US law firm is preferred.
- Proven expertise in legal research analysis and drafting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience reviewing and evaluating legal content.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across multiple areas of US law.
- Experience with legal content review or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
- Interest in legal technology AI or emerging technologies is a plus.
