- Weather Stamina: Ability to lead outdoor crews 810 hours a day in Florida conditions.
- Lead the Crew: Drive the crew truck/trailer manage on-site route pace and keep crew members motivated and safe.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure clean lines proper edging thorough cleanup and property detail on every residential and commercial job.
- Equipment Care: Keep trucks trailers and power equipment maintained clean and organized.
- Client Interaction: Represent The Masters professionally when speaking with homeowners and property managers.
