• Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization weed control and soil health applications
• Perform lawn aeration overseeding and turf improvement services
• Provide mosquito tick and outdoor pest control treatments
• Operate lawn care equipment and service vehicles safely and efficiently
• Educate customers on lawn health maintenance recommendations and additional service options
• Maintain accurate service records and route documentation
• Assist with shop organization equipment maintenance and daily preparation
• Meet productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to safely operate machinery and lawn care equipment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
