We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to help ensure our residents have clean clothing linens and bedding every day. This role is essential to maintaining a clean comfortable and sanitary environment throughout the facility.

• Ensure an adequate supply of clean linens is available for resident care and comfort
• Collect resident laundry daily and as needed
• Sort treat wash dry fold and organize clothing and linens
• Label resident clothing items as needed
• Deliver clean laundry to resident rooms in a timely manner
• Inspect linens and garments for damage and remove worn or stained items from service
• Follow all sanitation infection control and laundry procedures
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages as needed
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean organized and sanitary laundry area
• Assist with housekeeping duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous laundry housekeeping or environmental services experience preferred
• Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus
