Larson Maint Tech II-2nd Shift

To provide support to overall maintenance duties and responsibilities for the 2nd shift production (4:00 PM 2:30 AM).

• Perform electromechanical analysis and repair of equipment with multi-functional use.
• Maintain facilities upkeep of grounds building fixtures and general maintenance duties.
• Support routine equipment maintenance elements for safety quality and preventative maintenance needs.
• Assist maintenance shop activity within scope of authority and gain experience for advancement potential.
• Makes preventative maintenance checks and inspections as required and on time.
• Assures that proper documentation is filled out and spare parts are accurately maintained and identified to provide rapid response to problems.
• Evaluate equipment malfunctions with a sense of urgency to minimize downtime.
• Modify equipment as necessary to improve safety quality productivity and reliability.
• Perform tasks in a quality fashion by meeting or exceeding the internal customers requirements.
• Ability to perform welding and metal fabrication duties.
• Follows and promotes on the job safety expectations. (eyes ears and L.O.T.O.)
• Maintains proper housekeeping expectations.
• Tries out equipment after repair and leaves it and the area in a clean safe condition.
• Train operators on the proper use of equipment.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma. 
• Technical degree in pneumatic hydraulic and electronic circuits PLC and Electro-mechanical trouble shooting (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• PLC software experience preferred.
