Key Responsibilities The Utah National Guard is looking to fill multiple positions for aSpanish Language Support Specialistlocated at the Utah Translation & Analysis Center (UTAC) at Camp Williams and Orem UT. These are part-time positions with no benefits and may be converted to career service positions at a later date. Flexible working hours Monday through Friday between 5:30 am to 6:00 pm. Due to U.S. Government security clearance requirements applicants must be a U.S. citizen Job Description As a Spanish Language Support Specialist you will be required to listen to various Spanish language sources to provide precise word processing transcriptions in the Spanish language itself. The transcriptions are translated into English while complying with all legal requirements and reflecting cultural and situational context sounds noises and other influences. You will utilize computer equipment and associated software to receive work assignments and to process the work product. The work product must meet stringent requirements for legal law enforcement and security-sensitive applications. Employment is subject to background checks determining an individuals qualification to work with sensitive security information.
