As a Mid-Level Language-Enabled OSINT Collector you will be responsible for creating collection plans drafting Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) and supporting OSINT analytic production requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements
• Creates collection plans drafts Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) and supports OSINT analytic production requirements
• Contributes to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise
• Ensures all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements

• Bachelors degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• Intelligence Community Experience required
• Must have 8 years of experience conducting OSINT collection research and analysis and reporting with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Must be language-enabled (Chinese Russian Spanish Arabic Farsi OR as required)
• Must be able to pass (within 12 months) and maintain an ILR or DLTP language certification test (normally 221 for Mids and 332 for Seniors)
• English comprehension must Read and Listen at a 3 level and Write at a 3 or higher (on the ILR scale)
• Contract staff (non-native) must pass an English competency test (e.g. Educational Testing Services Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL))
• Must have active TS/SCI with poly prior to start

Preferred Education Experience & Skills

• Any Open Source or OSINT certification from commercial or government offerings desired
