Do you enjoy working outdoors supporting a team and taking pride in creating beautiful well-maintained landscapes Were looking for a dependable and motivated commercial Landscaping Supervisor to join our team! In this role youll partner with the Landscaping Project Manager to help keep daily operations running smoothly support the crew in the field and contribute to the overall success and upkeep of the grounds throughout the military installation.

• Assist the Landscaping Project Manager with daily crew coordination and work assignments.
• Provide guidance and support to crew members in the field.
• Help ensure landscaping work is completed safely efficiently and to quality standards.
• Assist with training employees on equipment use safety procedures and best practices.
• Monitor equipment vehicles tools and materials; report maintenance or supply needs.
• Conduct routine site inspections to maintain quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for crews when the Project Manager is unavailable.
• Communicate job progress concerns and operational needs to management.
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance duties alongside the crew as needed.

What Youll Need to Be Successful:

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of landscaping experience.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a landscaping lead or assistant supervisory role.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping practices.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations hazard recognition and safe work practices.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and ability to enforce safety standards.
• Valid drivers license.
• Valid RealID
• Security Clearance Requirement: This position supports a U.S. Government contract. Individuals hired for this position must be U.S. citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.

• Standing and Movement: Frequently stand walk and move across large outdoor areas for extended periods of time during the workday.

• Airborne Particles: Exposure to dust dirt grass clippings pollen and other outdoor elements.
• Equipment Use: Operation of motorized landscaping equipment and tools requiring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
• Terrain: Work on uneven sloped or rough ground surfaces including grass soil gravel and paved areas.
• PPE Requirements: Use of personal protective equipment such as gloves safety glasses ear protection steel-toe boots and high-visibility clothing as required.
• Safety Risks: Potential exposure to hazards such as sharp tools moving equipment insects and environmental conditions; strict adherence to safety procedures is required.
