Landscape Crew Member- (Mow)

We have an opportunity for a Landscape Crew Member to join our Mow team in our Venice FL location. This role is Full-Time and expected to work (10-hour days Monday-Thursday).

Roles and Responsibilities:

As one of our Landscape Crew Members you will:

• Perform various landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks including mowing/cutting trimming and edging all grass/turf on the assigned property.
• Use blowing equipment to clear debris and leave the client property in better shape than before you arrived!
• Prune shrubs and low trees; remove damaged or dead branches.
• Perform weeding by hand or small tools.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest quality standards and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance.
• To be at least 18 years old and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• To perform physically demanding tasks in the Florida heat.
• To be dependable and able to work well on a team.
• To pass a background check.

To qualify as a Driver of our crews in addition to the above you must:

• Possess a valid drivers license (of at least 3 years) and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test.
