ND Landscape Services is hiring dependable Landscape Construction Laborers to join our construction crews.

This is a hands-on construction position. You will help build patios walkways retaining walls stairs drainage systems lawns plantings lighting and complete outdoor living spaces.

Prior landscape experience is helpful but it is not required for candidates who are dependable willing to learn and interested in building a long-term career in the trades.

The higher end of the pay range is intended for applicants with hardscape masonry excavation equipment operation truck and trailer or related construction experience.

• Assist with patios walkways retaining walls stairs and outdoor living spaces
• Prepare jobsites and move construction materials
• Assist with grading drainage planting and lawn installation
• Use hand tools power tools and compaction equipment
• Learn to operate skid steers excavators and other equipment based on experience and training
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Follow plans work orders and direction from the foreman
• Maintain safe clean and organized jobsites
• Work as part of a professional construction team
• Participate in winter snow and ice operations

• Reliable punctual and ready to work
• Able to follow direction and work well with a crew
• Willing to learn new construction and equipment skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Able to perform the essential physical duties of outdoor construction work with or without reasonable accommodation
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to our Georgetown location
• Available for overtime and winter storm work as needed

Experience in landscaping hardscaping masonry excavation carpentry irrigation drainage equipment operation or general construction is helpful but not required.
