Job Description

What you will be doing:

Work as part of an interdisciplinary team on landscape architecture and planning projects.
Incorporate planning and architecture into landscape design deliverables.
Manage all aspects of landscape design and construction drawing set production across a range of project scales.
Support master planning documentation through detailed site design.
Demonstrate the ability to manage and coordinate the efforts of others effectively.
Maintain relationships with clients.
Organize workflow and structure proposals and fees.
Lead a team.

Experience you will need:

6–10 years of work experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
Florida licensure in Landscape Architecture is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills for a collaborative interdisciplinary design team environment.
Ability to work across a variety of project scales from planning to detail design.
Knowledge of plants and ecology.
Technical expertise in AutoCAD.
Working experience in other 3D modeling software including Revit Rhino and SketchUp.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and In-Design.
Good hand graphics and writing skills.
Experience managing and coordinating internal project teams and consultant teams.
