Job Description
- Lead land surveying projects from initiation through final delivery ensuring projects are completed accurately efficiently and on schedule.
- Coordinate field crews survey technicians and office personnel throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project scope schedules budgets resources and deliverables.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Provide technical guidance on boundary topographic construction and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
- Review survey data and deliverables for accuracy completeness and compliance with applicable standards.
- Coordinate field data collection processing drafting and final project production.
- Identify project risks resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.
- Collaborate with internal teams to balance technical requirements client expectations and project deadlines.
- Help maintain a high standard of quality service and professionalism across assigned projects.
Qualifications
- 5 years of land surveying experience.
- Proven experience managing or coordinating surveying projects.
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and practices.
- Experience with boundary topographic construction and/or ALTA/NSPS surveying.
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate field and office teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects priorities schedules and deadlines.
- Professional client-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Surveying software CADD GPS and digital field-data experience is a plus.
